*COVID-19 UPDATE*
As India is under lockdown, our studio in Delhi closed and we are unable to dispatch
orders until further notice. Shipping will resume soon as restrictions have been lifted
and it is safe to do so. If you have any questions, we're always on hand to help. Thank
you for your understanding, we hope you are staying safe and well.
We offer free shipping on all orders in India.
Local state taxes/octroi may apply on some orders to certain states. If this is levied it
will need to be paid to the courier at the time of delivery and will be your responsibility
as the buyer.
Please allow 2-3 working days from dispatch for orders to arrive.
As soon you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your
spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working
days unless the product is made to order in which case the lead time will be specified on
the product page. All items in your order will be shipped together. Once your order has been
dispatched you will receive an email with details of the shipping method and tracking
number.
Most orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone
will be in to receive it. This could be your work address. If an incomplete address or phone
number is provided we will contact you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are
unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get
a reply after 2 attempts to reach you we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Deliveries will take place between Monday to Friday. If you are out at the time of delivery
please look out for a door tag from the courier with details of how to reschedule or collect
from a local depot.
We will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address and you
will be liable for extra charges that occur for address changes after your order has been
dispatched. If after ordering you notice an error in your details please email
boriyabasta@gmail.com as soon as possible so it can be corrected prior to dispatch.
As soon you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam/To make your shopping experience as simple as possible we have arranged for shipments to be customs cleared and delivered to your doorstep. If any duties or taxes apply to import goods into your country or state they will need to be paid directly to the courier company on receipt of an invoice and will be your responsibility as the buyer.

if there is any problem at all please contact us on boriyabasta@gmail.com as soon as
possible so we can assist you.
We will offer a refund or exchange on any full price item, excluding products that are made
to order, as long as they are returned in their original condition within 15 days of
receipt. Items purchased during a sale or with a promo code other than the 10% newsletter
subscriber code are not eligible for returns.
Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the
product to Boriya Basta. We recommend that your obtain proof of postage to return your
item(s) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print
are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic hand made and hand printed
nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.
